At Nutrifactor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase; if a piece doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
